I really did like the Cain arc

Out of all the episodes throughout the series, this is one of the rare ones that has really, really stuck with me. It has changed my perception on how i look at things in real life as well

Two characters in the show went through hell and returned - Malcolm and Charlotte. Both of them experienced the horrors of hell. Malcolm returned from hell and became even more evil than before. He was willing to do anything to avoid going back to hell, which led him to make deals with both Amenadiel and Lucifer. He killed two innocent people and framed Lucifer for their deaths. In the end, he even kidnapped Trixie and attempted to kill Chloe and Lucifer. On the other hand, Charlotte wanted to change her ways after returning from hell. She wanted to undo the wrongs she had committed in her life. She didn't want to protect criminals; instead, she wanted to put them behind bars. She ultimately made the ultimate sacrifice for an angel.

Almost 6 years later and I remember clearly the mix of emotions while watching this, for me it is still the best climax of the entire show. The acting, the way he goes on full evil madness, cain finally dying (we waited so long for this 😭) and of course chloe finally acknowledging the truth after 3 entire seasons. I thank god so much that netflix had pick up the series and made 3 more seasons, it would be REALLY sad not knowing what would happen after that

You know, a funny thing i think sometimes is they had alotnor atleats a fair amount of budget left over so they said "Ah fuck it! Lets make the final shot of Lucifers devil face as incredibly complex and good looking as possible!" AND BY GOD they did just that! Then new and subsequent permanent devil face looks so much better and realer and if you look really close, scary and disgusting to a degree, than the old ones and im glad they stuck with it!

Came back to watch the scene that left us on a cliffhanger before being cancelled and scaring all of us fans before the show was saved.

The more we watch this show the more we realise how much we have in common with Lucifer. Metaphorically of course but we all have a darker side we regret that makes us think it defines who we are. Lucifer is extremely relatable.
